About The Position

As an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer II in our Madison office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all. In this role, you will initially work with and be mentored by experienced engineers and will yourself help to mentor CAD technicians and designers. You will be applying your knowledge while working on significant and complex projects.

Requirements

BSME or BSEE (or other engineering discipline with applicable experience).
5+ years of experience in the consulting engineering industry
Experience with communicating with clients, partners and individuals at all levels within an organization
Strong commitment to service excellence.
Strong spoken and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to work effectively individually and within a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to Building Automation Systems, Programmable Logic Controllers, (PLC), Programming, and Electrical Schematics.
Exposure to drafting programs such as AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical.
Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities/student organizations.
