Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Engineer
About The Position

The I&C Engineer provides support engineering services to assigned SRR Engineering Teams. I&C Engineer at times will be required to travel off Site to interface with vendors, fabricators and other Engineering organizations. Engineering services will be provided using SRR processes and procedures. Programmatic guidance will be provided by SRR.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Five (5) years design experience in the nuclear or process chemical industry.
- Demonstrate design experience with PLCs and distributed control systems.
- Must have the ability to walk down systems in the field.
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering or I&C Engineering or Currently registration as a Professional Engineer in one of the above disciplines.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in 2D MicroStation Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) is preferred.

- P&IDs
- Control Logics
- Loop Diagrams
- Instrument Indices
- Setpoint Lists
- Instrument and Control Valve Specifications
- DCS and PLC Design
- Instrument Location and Installation Design
- Panel Layouts
- Vendor Document Review
