Requirements

High school diploma or GED or above
Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
Strong working knowledge of MS Windows based personal computers including software, hardware, and programming.
Basic understanding of networking infrastructure, hardware, and MS Windows security.
Desire and initiative to learn new computer systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong teamwork skills
Strong commitment to customer focus.
Ability to manage and execute work on a set schedule with limited supervision.
Strong critical thinking skills to analyze, diagnose, and resolve problems.
Must be a safe worker and have a demonstrated history of adhering to Eastman Basic Safety Expectations

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Chemical, Computer Information & Science, Drafting, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Instrumentation, Machine Tool, Mechanical, or Welding from an educational institution accredited by the American Council on Education, or a similar technical degree.
NICET Level 1 exam, ISA exam (Certified Control Systems Technician), or ACP certification.
CP certification may also include CompTIA A+ certification.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary operations resource for basic troubleshooting and maintenance of the Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
Assist the DCS engineer with basic configuration changes, tuning, HMI changes, etc. as needed.
Prepare and support equipment monitoring routes and mobile devices used to complete these routes.
Support electronic logbook tools for operations.
Maintain and troubleshoot the process historian and create new data points as needed.
Create and maintain PI Vision displays and manage security to PI Vision.
Maintain the alarm database and update as needed.
Maintain area security groups and add / remove personnel as needed.
Manage and execute DCS software and security updates for the area.
Serve as area ROL designee and assume responsibility for ICS Security.
Perform special projects and job duties as identified or as assigned.
