About The Position
DivaDance Rockwall is looking for energetic, dependable, and charismatic instructors to join our founding team! DivaDance offers fun, high-energy choreography classes for adults in a judgment-free environment. Our classes are about more than learning choreography—we’re creating community, building confidence, and making sure every client leaves feeling amazing.

Nice To Haves
- Previous dance, performance, fitness, choreography, or teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Learn and teach DivaDance choreography to adult clients of all dance levels
- Lead energetic, engaging classes while creating a welcoming and judgment-free environment
- Break down choreography in a way that is easy to follow
- Encourage clients and help create an unforgettable class experience
- Arrive prepared, punctual, and ready to lead
- Follow DivaDance class formats, training, and brand standards
- Communicate professionally with the DivaDance Rockwall leadership team
- Support special events, pop-ups, and other community experiences as scheduled
