The Department of Family Medicine in the College of Community Health Sciences at the University of Alabama (UA) and the Student Health Center is excited to announce the availability of two instructor faculty position for full time non tenure earning clinical track BC/BE family physicians to meet its growing needs. Appointments to the faculty of The University of Alabama are based on the personnel requirements of the University’s academic programs and on the goal of achieving and maintaining excellence in its teaching, research, and service/academic citizenship activities. The Department of Family Medicine in the College of Community Health Sciences at the University of Alabama (UA) is excited to announce the availability of two instructor faculty position for full time non tenure earning clinical track BC/BE family physicians to meet its growing needs. Family Medicine with Obstetrics– Responsibilities will include duties teaching medical students and residents in clinical training, research and scholarly activity as well as providing direct patient care, with an emphasis in a rural outpatient/ambulatory and inpatient primary care setting as well as administrative tasks typical for a faculty appointment. This Faculty Appointment will primarily work in the University Medical Center Northport, Demopolis, & Livingston Locations.
