We are hiring multiple full-time Instructor Pilots for the Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger) at our Montreal Training Centre. All instruction shall be provided in English. Requirements

  • Any Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) licence issued by a recognized aviation authority
  • Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
  • Must be authorized to live and work in Canada.

Nice To Haves

  • A valid and unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and or FAA ATP
  • Experience flying business aircraft.
  • 1,500 hours of multi-crew experience.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality simulator and ground school instruction.
  • Preparing and conducting briefings and debriefings.
  • Ensuring training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.
  • Maintaining your own qualifications and participating in continuous professional development.
  • Sharing your aviation knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
