About The Position

SheCodes is expanding into new areas, including tech, leadership, finance, design, and AI. We are looking for a part-time Instructor Partnerships Manager who will source, evaluate, and sign expert instructors to create high-quality courses for our global community. You will own the pipeline from sourcing to negotiation to onboarding.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, recruiting, creator management, or business development.
  • Proven experience sourcing and closing deals with experts, creators, or freelancers.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience with outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.
  • Organized, independent, and comfortable managing targets.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in EdTech or online course platforms.
  • Background working with creators or online educators.
  • Understanding of digital learning trends.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential instructors across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, online course platforms, and industry communities.
  • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified experts for different verticals.
  • Run initial outreach, screening calls, and instructor evaluation.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and revenue share agreements.
  • Coordinate onboarding and handoff to our internal production team.
  • Track outreach activity and provide weekly updates.
