This is a 0.3 FTE faculty position, with the rank of Instructor or Clinical Assistant Professor depending on qualifications, to support the Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) program starting January 2026. The role will concentrate on didactic teaching support, clinical oversight, and facilitation and evaluation of Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs). The ENP program is at a crucial stage of implementation, facing growing instructional complexity, high-stakes clinical skill assessments, and increased regulatory and accreditation demands. To uphold program quality, student safety, and compliance, dedicated faculty with expertise in emergency practice is essential. The ENP curriculum features advanced procedural training, high-acuity clinical reasoning, and competency-based assessments that go beyond the scope of typical graduate nursing programs.
