About The Position
Radford University is seeking a Full-Time Temporary Instructor to serve as the Director of Music Therapy within the Department of Music. This position is classified as Teaching & Research Faculty and is an Exempt FLSA status role. The instructor will be responsible for the administration of educational programs and employment practices related to music therapy. The position is based on the Main Campus in Radford City and is a 9-month appointment.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience in music therapy administration.
- Eligibility for Instructor classification.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Administer educational programs related to music therapy.
- Oversee employment practices within the music therapy program.
- Teach and conduct research within the Department of Music.
