About The Position

This position is predominantly teaching focused with teaching assignments consisting of undergraduate and graduate courses in Management. Expertise in Management of Organizations (MGMT 3103) and Business Administration Capstone (BUSN 4953) courses is preferred. The teaching load is eight courses per Academic year across Fall/Winter/Spring Quarters (Possible breakdown: 3-2-3, 2-3-3, or 3-3-2). While subject to final budgetary approval, this position is a non-tenure track position with an effective start date of September 1, 2026.

Requirements

  • MS in Management or MBA.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Previous teaching experience.
  • Commitment to classroom teaching.

  • PhD in Management or Business Administration from an AACSB accredited institution.
  • Expertise in Management of Organizations (MGMT 3103) and Business Administration Capstone (BUSN 4953) courses.
