About The Position

T12 Technologies is seeking an experienced Instructor Level II – Lead Instructor to support the delivery of high-fidelity medical training overseas. This role leads training lanes/stations, manages student performance, and supports scenario execution in field environments. Candidates should bring strong operational or clinical backgrounds, experience teaching or coaching, and comfort running structured skills instruction under senior SME oversight.

Requirements

  • Must have a Special Forces background
  • 5+ years relevant operational/clinical experience
  • Prior instructor experience (formal or unit-based) strongly preferred
  • Able to manage groups, maintain control, and enforce safety standards
  • Valid passport and ability to deploy internationally for full contract period
  • Ability to work in field conditions (heat, PPE, long days, high tempo)
  • Professional conduct, strong communication, and cultural awareness
  • Commitment to safety, QA, documentation, and student success

Nice To Haves

  • ALS/critical care exposure; field medicine experience; simulation familiarity
  • Tactical/austere trauma care instruction (military, Law Enforcement, EMS, tactical, remote medicine)
  • HAZMAT/Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and nuclear experience preferred
  • Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC)/Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) instructor credentials are a plus
  • Hemorrhage control, airway, chest injury management, hypothermia prevention, casualty evacuation
  • TCCC Instructor (or documented experience teaching TCCC/TECC-equivalent content)
  • HAZMAT/CBRN operational experience; PPE donning/doffing & decon lane training
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Emergency Department (ED)/ critical care transport/retrieval medicine
  • Flight/critical care credentials (FP-C, CCP-C, CFRN, etc.) preferred
  • Disaster/MCI operations and triage systems
  • Critical Care Paramedic / Flight Paramedic / ICU RN / ED RN experience
  • FP-C / CCP-C / CFRN (or equivalent)
  • Disaster/incident management training (ICS/command board familiarity)
  • Flight medic/nurse or aviation physiology training exposure
  • Crew Resource Management (CRM)/safety/aviation medicine teaching preferred
  • Flight paramedic/nurse background; aviation safety/CRM facilitation experience
  • Experience with altitude/hypoxia training tools or aviation physiology education
  • Maritime or diving emergency management and rescue operations teaching
  • Dive medicine exposure or rescue diver training preferred
  • Dive medic/diving medicine course facilitation; rescue diver / maritime rescue training
  • Hyperbaric medicine exposure (theory acceptable; chamber operation not required)
  • Prior Middle East deployment or contract experience
  • Formal instructor credentials (civilian, military, clinical, or tactical)
  • Simulation or scenario program experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead skills stations (demo → coached practice → timed/simulated evaluation)
  • Run role-player coordination and scenario control under SME direction
  • Conduct student coaching, remediation, and structured performance feedback
  • Maintain equipment readiness and station discipline (safety + realism)
  • Submit daily training records and student progress notes
