Experience in ISD methodologies and are proficient in the use of industry standard instructional technology platforms and web-based authoring tools. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from Journeymen to Expert based off of experience, assessments and customer feedback.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree required
Demonstrated experience delivering classroom-based, blended, or virtual instructor-led training in an IC environment
Demonstrated experience working with Sponsor or Partner agency data in a Mission operations environment and/or demonstrated experience developing or configuring tools or platforms for Mission use
Demonstrated experience drafting presentations, interactive exercises, and evaluation reports on training effectiveness
