Circuit Stream is a leader in future technology skills training and learning content. We offer world-class educational services for teen and adult learners with a focus on the skills needed to leverage immersive and emerging technology. We are seeking a passionate investment professional and/or finance educator, with a deep understanding of financial investment strategies used to create a strong portfolio, to teach our Finance and Investment Management courses for learners aged 13-18. In the course, students will explore the basics of finance and investment and the psychology of money. They will learn what finance really means, the different ways you to invest money, and how the stock market works. They will also learn the main financial investment strategies that help balance risk and rewards to create a winning portfolio. The ideal instructor candidates for these courses should possess a strong foundation in investment strategies, managing portfolios, value investing, growth investing, momentum investing, and diversification, as well as some teaching, TA or training experience. Finance and Investment Management is offered 2 times at at University of Washington Seattle campus (Poplar Hall and Maple Hall classrooms). Instructors hired to teach this course must be available from 9:00am-3:30pm PT from June 29-July 10 and July 27-August 7 (plus time for training at the end of June).
