Stronghold University is the full-service training function supporting The Stronghold Companies, Evergreen Industrial Services, and GEM Specialized Services. We lead the industry in rigorous craft and leadership training. Requirements

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Process mapping and improvement mindset
• Ability to design and develop instructional materials, curricula, and training programs using established instructional design methodologies.
• Presentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with regulations and regulating bodies (OSHA, NFPA, ASTM, ASME, etc.)
• Demonstrated capability in evaluating learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and adjusting content
• Experience with one or more of the following: Industrial Cleaning (Hydroblasting & Vacuuming), Bolting & Torquing, Rigging, Cranes, Mobile & Heavy Equipment Operation, Catalyst changeout, CPR/First Aid/AED, Rescue OR other technical expertise relevant to the Stronghold Companies, GEM Specialized Services, and/or Evergreen Industrial Services
• Knowledge of refinery, petrochemical, or midstream operations, data centers, or related industrial sectors.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with learning technologies and tools (e.g., LMS platforms, digital content creation, blended learning methods) is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and delivering instructional content that supports technical proficiency and leadership growth while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Partnering with subject matter experts to create curricula and training materials.
• Facilitating classroom and workshop sessions.
• Assessing learner performance.
• Continuously improving courses based on feedback and industry standards.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts and company leadership to align programs with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and best practices.
