Gateway Community & Technical College is seeking an exceptional and energetic individual to join their Business Administration program in the accounting track. The ideal candidate must be committed to student success, responsiveness to student needs, and able to teach courses in accounting and finance. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to support enrollment growth, build relationships/partnerships with businesses and industries, and promote the Business Administration program in the Northern Kentucky area. Candidates who may find their backgrounds or credentials may not fully align are still encouraged to apply. Applicants selected for an interview will be required to give a short (approximately 15 minutes) teaching demonstration on a topic to be determined prior to the interview. This is a 10-month faculty contract spanning the academic year, typically from August to May, with no course assignments during June and July. Although the contract covers 10 months, the salary is spread over 12 months, ensuring a consistent monthly salary. Benefits are provided year-round. Renewal of the contract depends on factors such as student enrollment and available funding. Faculty may be assigned courses that include both traditional college students and high school students earning dual credit. This position is for the fall semester 2026 (August start).
