About The Position

Foundation Software, a rapidly growing, national provider of construction software and services, seeks a highly skilled, experienced Instructional Video Producer to join our growing Education team. In this role, the candidate will be integral to the creative process, from initial concept to final delivery. This position requires a combination of technical proficiency, creativity, and collaborative skills including extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects. Working and collaborating with multiple people in multiple departments is a critical requirement for this role.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio highlighting a range of projects.
• Strong understanding of customer success and support tools, including configuration, customization, and testing processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Demonstrated ability to create effective storyboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document processes and communicate technical details to non-technical team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and stakeholders with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks as needed.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a keen sense of accountability.
• A collaborative, team-oriented attitude, and a desire to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the education team to understand the scope and objectives of each project.
• Develop storyboards that outline the narrative and visual flow of video projects.
• Collaborate closely with the education team to develop and acquire necessary assets, including graphics, video footage, and other media.
• Edit videos according to project specifications using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, ensuring a high standard of quality and creativity.
• Incorporate 2D animation elements into video projects as required.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Operate camera equipment and assist in shooting footage if needed.
• Regularly present edited drafts to the management team and make revisions based on feedback.
