About The Position

Support Naval sustainment commands with life cycle support and instructional training coordination, planning, analysis, and implementation. Apply functional knowledge to develop and maintain manpower, personnel, and training (MP&T) documents, training materials, reports, and products. Work under the general supervision of the team lead.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with the Navy and NATO Sea Sparrow Missile System (NSSMS).
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Navy training systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with military and civilian organizations.
• Secret clearance.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Experience developing or delivering training for the U.S. Navy.
• Knowledge of NTSP, MER, JDTA, or PADDIE-M.
• Ability to develop training curricula using Authoring Instructional Material (AIM) or AIM Learning Object Module (LOM).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Navy NEC 9502 or Master Training Specialist certification.
