About The Position

Team Carney is seeking a high-performing Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) with Kirkpatrick experience to support a client program. The ISD will design, develop, deliver, and evaluate a comprehensive asset forfeiture training program aligned with organizational mission requirements. This role involves managing a curriculum consisting of 5 courses (25–30 modules each) covering the full asset lifecycle, financial management, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in adult education with classroom facilitation skills to deliver practical, role-based, and performance-oriented training, in particular with the Kirkpatrick model.

Requirements

  • Current or obtainable Public Trust security clearance required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, adult education, curriculum and instruction, or related degree.
  • At least ten (10) years of work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • At least five (5) years of work experience with formal training program evaluation using industry methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick model.
  • Experience developing training program performance metrics and reporting mechanisms.
  • Proven professional teaching and facilitation experience spanning both physical classroom and virtual environments.
  • Expert-level hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft Office and corporate productivity suites, specifically: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Expert-level hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft Visio (process mapping).
  • Expert-level hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft Project (timeline/milestone tracking).
  • Familiarity or direct experience managing virtual sessions and tracking enrollment through MS Teams, Webex, and federal or institutional Learning Management Systems (LMS).
