CoBA Instructional Student Assistant Pool - Management (Fall 2026)
About The Position
Under the supervision of the Management professors, Instructional Student Assistants (ISAs) provide instructional support for the Management courses during the Fall 2026 semester. ISAs may assist with grading, tutoring, and other course-related activities that support student learning and faculty instruction. ISAs work part-time, up to 20 hours per week during academic periods. Students may hold concurrent Student Assistant positions provided their combined work hours do not exceed 20 hours per week. The Management Department in the College of Business Administration accepts applications for ISA positions throughout the Fall 2026 semester as part of its ISA Pool. Applications remain active through Fall 2026.
Requirements
- Current admission or enrollment as a CSUSM student
- Ability to learn and perform assigned work
- Ability to work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and fellow students
- Ability to accept responsibility and maintain professionalism
- Admission or registration as a CSUSM student
Responsibilities
- Assisting faculty with grading assignments, quizzes, midterms, and final exams
- Maintaining grading records and supporting other course-related administrative tasks
- Assisting faculty with classroom and instructional activities, including guest speaker logistics
- Performing other instructional support duties as assigned
