About The Position
Instruct students in Math related to TUSD curriculum. This position is for the 2026-2027 school year and is located at Sam Hughes Elementary School. It is a .5 FTE (4 hours per day) position on a 9-month work calendar. Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Two (2) years of experience with youth
- Associate’s (or higher) degree or Completion of an AZ Department of Education-approved Academic Assessment Test OR 60 Semester-Hour credits at an institute of higher learning
- Verbal & written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
- FBI fingerprint background check.
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a teacher aide.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
