About The Position
To assist in planning, implementing and coordinating curriculum and programs at the secondary level for emergent bilinguals. Support teacher’s instructional practices through side-by-side coaching, modeling, and PLCs. Collaborate with Curriculum and Instruction department to create ELL scaffolds and strategies for the Curriculum Unit Plans. Provide district-wide professional development. (Charter School ESOL Compliance)
Requirements
- Experience with emergent bilinguals.
- Experience with secondary level curriculum and programs.
- Knowledge of ELL scaffolds and strategies.
- Experience in providing professional development.
