Create and maintain content for learning projects. Design, develop, and deploy technology-based training including e-learning, instructor-led training, virtual learning, and blended solutions. Consult with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to translate information into learner-centered, engaging solutions and advise on appropriate learning strategies. Analyze business and performance needs to recommend learning solutions which support organizational goals Stay current on all instructional design theory and strategies. Use all industry standard tools for developing technology-based training courseware. Attend continuing education courses as directed by the supervisor to stay current on training technologies and methods. Establish and meet time-bound deliverables. Evaluate learning solutions using feedback, assessments, and performance data to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
