About The Position

This role is for a Federal Project Instructional Designer for the US Air Force. The position requires an active Top Secret clearance. The designer will be responsible for defining and documenting learning objectives, conducting research and collaborating with subject matter experts, creating instructional materials such as courses, curriculum, student guides, and training manuals. Additionally, the designer will focus on optimizing content for learning, generating layouts for learning supports, redesigning content to meet learner needs, and creating visual, audio, and interactive learning tools.
