We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Instructional Designer to create engaging, effective, and scalable training programs for employees across the company. This role plays a vital part in driving organizational performance and supports companywide learning initiatives spanning multiple business lines, including onboarding, systems training, compliance, leadership development, and operational enablement. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing and developing both digital and instructor-led learning experiences and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Working knowledge of instructional theory, including learning assessments and adult learning principles.
Proven expertise in instructional design software and tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and Canva.
Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple projects with strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail, creativity, and a learner-first mindset.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

Degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field.
Experience designing training for organizations with multiple lines of business or complex operations.
Knowledge of instructional accessibility standards (ADA/508 compliance) and best practices.
Proficiency in Spanish

Responsibilities

Develop and design learning experiences, courses, and curriculum that align with business goals and learning objectives.
Create and edit online learning materials, ensuring clarity, engagement, and instructional integrity.
Design and build learning activities, assessments, and assignments that drive knowledge retention and application.
Analyze, update, and refine existing online content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design instructional content, including job aids, video scripts, assessments, and communications.
Write scripts for instructional videos.
Maintain awareness of current best practices, trends, and innovations in instructional design and adult learning.
Cultivate and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
