As an Instructional Designer, you’ll partner with Talent Development Managers to design impactful learning experiences that align with network strategies. You’ll design and deliver solutions using diverse formats—video, eLearning, instructor-led sessions, and virtual tools—while advising on best practices. In addition, you’ll design scalable learning aligned to business and leadership competencies and be responsible for defining and tracking program-level KPIs—ensuring learning drives measurable behavior change and business impact.
