Position Summary
This role partners closely with franchise owners and internal teams to drive performance, strengthen relationships, and support strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, relationship-focused, and energized by helping others succeed.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, coaching, franchise operations, or business consulting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to influence and build trusted relationships
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Willingness to travel (if applicable to role)

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchise owners to drive sales performance and business growth
• Provide structured coaching, training, and operational guidance
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements
• Support new franchisees from onboarding through launch and ramp-up
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
• Travel as needed to support franchise network initiatives
