Associate Program Manager - Talent Development Program Management
About The Position
Relativity is seeking an Instructional Designer to support the design and development of engaging, effective learning solutions that advance business objectives and team member growth. This role works closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and senior learning team members to bring learning content to life across a variety of formats and modalities. The ideal candidate is an instructional designer who brings foundational expertise in learning design, LMS administration, a strong eye for quality, and a desire to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires attention to detail, a learner-centered mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of demonstrated instructional design experience.
- Working knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or similar instructional design methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise) or comparable authoring tools.
- Ability to work with complex or technical content and translate it into accessible learning experiences.
- Familiarity with LMS administration, including course setup, user groups, assignment logic, and reporting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, or similar technical environments.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and accessibility testing tools or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Zensai LMS.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning solutions aligned to defined learning objectives.
- Translate technical and complex content into clear, engaging instructional materials using established instructional design methodologies.
- Apply learning principles and internal standards to ensure instructional quality and engagement.
- Support project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct basic evaluation of learning effectiveness and incorporate feedback into revisions.
- Support LMS administration activities, including user management, course assignments, enrollment tracking, and access troubleshooting.
