About The Position

This internship offers valuable experience in creating learning experiences that help employees grow, perform, and succeed. The intern will gain hands-on experience designing and developing learning solutions, exposure to instructional design methodologies and adult learning strategies, and opportunities to work with learning technologies, eLearning tools, and AI-enabled learning solutions. They will also gain experience collaborating on meaningful projects that support employee growth and organizational success.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Interest in learning, training, instructional design, and employee development.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to research, organize content, and develop learning materials.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with LMS platforms, multimedia tools, or AI-assisted content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training materials.
• Support eLearning development through content creation, quality testing, video editing, and graphic design.
• Partner with the Learning & Development team on initiatives such as onboarding, skills development, curriculum updates, learning technology projects, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
• Research, organize, and analyze content to support learning objectives and business needs.
• Assist with learning management system (LMS) administration and reporting as needed.
• Participate in project planning meetings and provide recommendations for learning enhancements.
