About The Position
Center Line Preparatory Academy, located in Center Line, MI, opened in 2020 and serves over 875 students in grades Young 5-12. This role offers the opportunity to connect passion with purpose. The school is supported by an experienced leadership team, provides personalized development and coaching opportunities, and utilizes the Dean support model with Applied Behavior Support Services (ABSS) for teachers and students.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid teacher license or meet alternative requirements in the state you are applying.

- 3+ years of teaching experience, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Offer coaching through weekly classroom observations and one-on-one meetings to a team of teachers.
- Provide frequent feedback and evaluations that help educators grow and excel in the classroom.
