About The Position
St. Philip Neri School on the eastside of Indianapolis is hiring an Instructional Coach for the 2026-2027 school year.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education required
- Valid Indiana teaching license required
- Must be certified in the Science of Reading
- Must be able to understand and to comply with the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Code of Conduct
- Must be able to successfully complete the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Child Safety Training
- Background screening required
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of three years successful classroom teaching experience preferred
- Experience in instructional coaching, literacy leadership, or teacher mentoring preferred
Responsibilities
- Foster the Church's mission
- Analyze and interpret student performance data
- Build collaborative relationships with teachers and administrators
- Manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
- Commit to continuous professional growth and school improvement
- Reliably travel to off-site locations on a regular basis, including travel of up to two hours from the office, using personal or alternative transportation
