This role involves providing job-embedded professional development, assisting schools in curriculum and instruction planning, and collaborating with teachers to enhance their instructional practices. The coach will also facilitate data interpretation, support administrators, and participate in district-wide committees related to academic standards and instructional materials. Additionally, the role requires continuous self-reflection, professional growth, and effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and the community, utilizing technology as an everyday tool.
