This role partners directly with educators to strengthen instructional practices and improve student outcomes through coaching, collaboration, and data-informed decision-making. This is a non-evaluative, non-supervisory role focused on building teacher capacity. The position is structured as: 80% Instructional Coaching 20% Direct Student Intervention (MTSS-aligned)
