About The Position

BrightBee is seeking individuals to work as Instructional Assistants in local schools, supporting students' educational goals as directed by each school site. This role offers flexible, app-based work where you can claim assignments in your area and get paid weekly. The goal is to help schools succeed and provide workers with tools for career growth. This position is for an independent contractor, not a traditional employment role. The more school sites and assignment types you are open to, the greater your earning potential.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Bi-lingual in Spanish
• Pay and pass a background check
• Follow safety and reporting guidelines
• Pass a background check, livescan, and potentially obtain other necessary testing/clearances.
• Provide authorization to contact former employers.

• Ability to commute to various school sites in the Brooklyn area.
