About The Position

This is a temporary 1-year assignment for the 2026-2027 school year. Employment with Pasco County Schools will end after the current school year in which the tutoring role began. The District is not obligated to offer a position for the following school year. The role is responsible for assisting teachers and staff in working with students, organizing and implementing an instructional academic and behavioral program, performing varied clerical duties to support school operations, and carrying out other duties assigned by the principal and other administrative staff.

Requirements

• Associate Degree, completion of 60 semester hours of college or passing score of 457 on the ParaPro Test
• All employees must satisfactorily complete any required training.
• All employees must meet all mandated federal and state health requirements
• Satisfactorily complete Level II background screening.
