About The Position
The Instructional Assistant (IA) will provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support to students in their homes. This role supports cyber charter school instruction and aims to help students stay engaged with learning and meet their academic and IEP-related goals. The position is located in York, PA, and requires in-home travel.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher required.
- Experience working with children, special education, or behavioral support required.
- Reliable transportation required for in-home travel.
- FBI Fingerprints
- PA Criminal Background Check
- Child Abuse Clearance
- Mandated Reporter Training
- TB test results
