About The Position
The Lansing School District is seeking an Instructional Assistant for its Newcomer Center Summer School program. This role is part of a variety of roles available for the summer school session. The Lansing School District is committed to providing an excellent education to all students in a safe and nurturing environment and champions diversity, equity, and inclusion. This position is 16 hours a week for 7 weeks.
Requirements
- Must be able to work 16 hours a week (4 hours a day) for 7 weeks.

- Internal applicants in the aligned bargaining unit will receive preference.
Responsibilities
- Assist with instructional activities during summer school.
- Support students in the Newcomer Center program.
- Contribute to a safe and nurturing learning environment.
