About The Position
The Instructional Assistant - Teacher Aide position at Northeast Career and Technical Academy is a 9-month assignment with 7 hours per day. This role supports the educational environment by assisting teachers and students.
Requirements
- High school graduation or other equivalent (General Education Development (GED), foreign equivalency, etc.).
- Current CPR/AED certificate from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or other similar organization. Certification must be maintained for the duration of the assignment. Certification training must be in-person and include a hands-on component. Online courses will not be accepted.
- High school transcript or other equivalent (GED, foreign equivalency, etc.).
- Specific documented evidence of training and experience to satisfy qualifications.
- Completion of the required three (3) year employment history, including periods of unemployment, schooling, and volunteer work.
