About The Position
Assist a certificated teacher in providing instruction to individual or small groups; monitor and report student progress. Typically this is at the kindergarten level.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Supply proof of a high school diploma and ability to pass the Kentucky Paraeducator Assessment OR completion of a minimum of sixty (48) semester hours of study at an institution of higher education OR an associate (or higher) degree
- Physical exam
- TB risk assessment
- CAN check
- State/national criminal background check
- Drug screen

- Those with a teaching certification are preferred
