About The Position

Support classroom teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and effective learning environment for students. This role involves working directly with students to reinforce learning concepts, assist with classroom management, support individual and group instruction, supervise students during transitions, and perform other duties as assigned by the teacher or administrator. The position requires the ability to remain emotionally stable, exercise sound judgment, and maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities and responding appropriately to student needs and unexpected situations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer or communication skills (if relevant).
Ability to work with students.
Experience in schools or similar settings.
Ability to remain emotionally stable, exercise sound judgment, and maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities and responding appropriately to student needs and unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

Reinforce learning concepts with students.
Assist with classroom management.
Support individual and group instruction.
Supervise students during transitions.
Perform other duties as assigned by the teacher or administrator.
