About The Position

This role is responsible for inventory availability and health, optimized through improved in-stock position, inventory turns, vendor operational improvement (efficiency, fill rates, lead time), forecasting, and shrink. The position drives initiatives to improve customer experience, enable new capabilities, and reduce waste. It involves answering complex business questions and making decisions by querying and analyzing large data sets. Additionally, the role works with internal teams to build automated tools and process improvements that will drive scale and reduce error.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Purchasing Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Inventory Planner, or a related occupation.
• Three years of experience in the job offered or as a Purchasing Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Inventory Planner, or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor's degree and one year of experience.
• One year of experience in business intelligence, including creation of complex queries using SQL, validation of data sets, and distillation of data into actionable insights.
• One year of experience in Excel, PowerPivot and Visual Basic.
• One year of experience in statistics concepts and statistical software packages, including R.
