About The Position
The Institutional Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and monitoring custodial and minor maintenance activities in building facilities, as well as regular duties as assigned. The Institutional Services Supervisor will report to the Housekeeping Coordinator on any issues or other matters that arise with custodial staff.
Requirements
- Typically requires 2–5 years of experience in custodial management, facility operations, or institutional support services, including proven supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of institutional policies, safety protocols, and standard cleaning procedures.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage inventory and resolve building maintenance issues.
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
