About The Position

Securitas is looking for Institutional Security Officers to join their Security Team. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, patrolling various locations, and preserving order while enforcing regulations. Security Officers will also provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. Requirements

Must have strong customer service skills
Ability to complete patrols
Strong technology skills (cell phone/computer)
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
Must pass drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

Prior security/customer service experience is a plus
If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role

Responsibilities

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
Actively monitors the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
Preserves order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
Provides customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
Completes patrols.
