About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Institutional Investment Operations Associate within our FX Account Maintenance team, part of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Operations division. In this role, you will participate in lifecycle support tasks for FX institutional trade initiatives. You will work on client account onboarding, input and monitoring of client reference data, maintenance of Standard Settlement Instructions, and collaborate on project work. You will also provide subject matter expertise on process enhancements, assist stakeholders in resolving issues, identify opportunities for process improvements, and communicate those to leadership. You will collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and experience supporting Foreign Exchange (F/X), Derivatives or Money Market Lines of Business
  • Knowledge and understanding of capital markets products, industry trends, regulatory changes, and industry-wide best practices within Account Maintenance processes
  • Ability to use banking software, desktop software, email, and FX specific applications
  • Knowledge of FX business, international finance, and Standard Settlement Instructions. (SSI0)
  • Knowledge of CMR, OPICS, Calypso, COBAM, and CID is a plus.
  • Experience partnering with global teams
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand and work with data
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
