About The Position
Centurion is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to serve as the Institutional Chief of Mental Health Services at Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Correctional Center in Fulton, Missouri. This role involves supervising behavioral health staff, including social workers, professional counselors, psychologists, and clerical support. The position also entails assisting in the development, implementation, coordination, promotion, and evaluation of behavioral health services within a correctional mental health unit.
Requirements
- Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required
- Active Missouri license as Psychologist, LPC or LCSW required
- Active CPR and Basic Life Support Certification required
Nice To Haves
- Four years of supervisory experience preferred
- Five years of behavioral health experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance
Responsibilities
- Provides supervision to behavioral health staff including social workers, professional counselors, Psychologists, clerical support, and other clinical staff as assigned.
- Assists with the development, implementation, coordination, promotion, and evaluation of behavioral health services within a correctional mental health unit.
