About The Position

Subzero Engineering is seeking experienced Traveling Installers to support the installation of hot and cold aisle containment systems in mission-critical data center environments throughout Arizona and surrounding states. This role is ideal for candidates with construction, installation, mechanical, manufacturing, carpentry, electrical, welding, or related trade experience who enjoy traveling and working in a variety of customer environments. As a Site Services Installation Technician, you will be the face of Subzero Engineering, serving customers by installing Hot and Cold Aisle Containment Systems in Mission Critical Environments.

Requirements

• Experience working on construction sites
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
• Experience operating forklifts and/or scissor lifts
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, drills, and tape measures
• Installation, assembly, mechanical, manufacturing, carpentry, electrical, welding, or related trade experience
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Arizona and neighboring states
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• High school diploma preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to safety
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively

Responsibilities

• Install hot and cold aisle containment systems
• Perform measuring, drilling, assembly, and installation tasks
• Follow multi-step installation instructions
• Troubleshoot installation issues with the Installation Lead
• Complete assignments accurately and on time
• Maintain assigned tools and equipment
• Represent the company professionally on customer job sites
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
• Follow all customer and company safety requirements
• Complete OSHA 10 and company-provided installation training
• Travel to customer sites throughout Arizona and surrounding states as needed
