Basement Systems Toronto (BST) is looking for an general laborer / Installer with fast promotion opportunities. We are looking for physically fit, motivated individuals with leadership potential to join our team. We provide full training! FULL-TIME WORK ALL YEAR ROUND! Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a MUST
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 40 lbs, climbing ladders, kneeling, or crawling)
- Leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and documentation
- Enjoys consulting and helping people find solutions
Nice To Haves
- Experience in carpentry, demolition, and/or concrete work is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on installations of various systems using company-approved, high-quality methods
- Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the company truck before heading to job sites
- Unload and clean the truck upon returning to the company warehouse
