About The Position
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing various light construction tasks. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.
Requirements
- Some prior construction experience.
- Willingness to travel.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Perform light constructions task such as attic remediations, top-offs, vapor barrier installations, encapsulations, rodent exclusions, wildlife removal, termite work, gutter guard installations, and other light construction tasks.
- Work effectively in extreme conditions such as hot attics, outdoor work in cold weather, and on tall roofs.
- Navigate tight spaces and crawlspaces comfortably.
- Maintain a clean background and possess a valid driver's license.
- Provide reliable transportation to and from the main office.
- Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly
- Ensure every customer experience is a great one
