Installer - DFW
About The Position
ZINTEX Remodeling Group is hiring experienced shower and bath installers in the DFW area. We are looking for skilled installers who can complete acrylic shower and tub remodels from tear-out to final caulk line. This is a 1099 contractor opportunity for installers who are already set up with their own truck with enclosed trailer or full-size van, and tools. Individual installers and small crews are welcome. Our jobs are pre-sold, scheduled, and supported by our local production team. No chasing leads. No bidding. No cold calling. You focus on installing. Experienced installers completing 2 jobs per week can average $2,500–$3,000 weekly. Installers capable of completing 3 jobs per week can average $4,000–$4,500 weekly. We pay every Friday for completed work. You will complete acrylic shower and bath remodeling projects inside customers’ homes, including: Shower and tub tear-outs, Acrylic wall surrounds, Shower pans and bathtub replacements, Tub-to-shower conversions, Plumbing valves, PEX, drains, and fixtures, Drywall repair and finish work, Trim, caulking, and final detail work, Related upgrades as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of bathroom remodeling, home renovation, or home repair experience
- Hands-on plumbing skills, including valves, fixtures, drains, PEX, or related bathroom plumbing
- Own truck, enclosed trailer, box truck, or full-size van capable of transporting materials
- Own installation tools and equipment
- Ability to complete professional work inside occupied homes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and clean finish work
- Professional communication with homeowners
- Business insurance or willingness to obtain it if selected

Responsibilities
- Complete acrylic shower and tub remodels from tear-out to final caulk line.
- Complete acrylic shower and bath remodeling projects inside customers’ homes.
- Perform shower and tub tear-outs.
- Install acrylic wall surrounds.
- Replace shower pans and bathtubs.
- Perform tub-to-shower conversions.
- Install plumbing valves, PEX, drains, and fixtures.
- Perform drywall repair and finish work.
- Complete trim, caulking, and final detail work.
- Complete related upgrades as needed.
