About The Position

Installers install company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role involves preparing and inspecting a vehicle and job site, transporting and staging materials, addressing safety, customer, and quality concerns, and performing warehouse duties as needed. Travel is local, with out-of-town travel as required, and includes daily travel to job sites. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Able to meet the physical requirements, including prolonged standing and repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling; good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength; and lifting up to 50 pounds depending on job duties.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines.
• Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job-site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
