About The Position

LeafFilter is America's #1-rated professionally installed gutter protection system. We are looking for installers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking consistent work with the ability to start quickly. No experience is necessary, and we provide comprehensive training. You will be responsible for installing our gutter protection system on pre-sold jobs, requiring you to show up and complete the installation. We provide all necessary products upfront, eliminating product costs for the installer. This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work part-time, full-time, or as needed. Installers can expect to earn significant income, with single installers averaging over $100k annually and team installers averaging over $200k annually. Compensation is consistent with weekly pay, averaging $1,500 to $3,000 per week. Additionally, you will receive discounts and loyalty program benefits for insurance, tools, and equipment. We also provide onboarding assistance to help you obtain necessary insurance.
